Every child in our care is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

Professional Standards

All staff members at Promise Kids Academy are expected to:

  • Maintain current CPR/First Aid certifications and all required training
  • Treat all children, families, and colleagues with respect and professionalism
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries with children and families at all times
  • Report any suspected child abuse or neglect in accordance with Florida law
  • Protect the confidentiality of children and families
  • Refrain from any form of corporal punishment, verbal abuse, or humiliation
  • Provide positive guidance and discipline strategies

Family Partnership

We believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are essential for children's success. We are committed to open, honest, and respectful communication with all families. Parents and guardians are welcome to visit at any time during operating hours.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of every child is our top priority. We maintain strict health and safety protocols, conduct regular safety drills, and ensure our facility meets or exceeds all state licensing requirements.
