Not average. Exceptional!

At Promise Kids Academy, we build strong academic foundations using trusted Christian curriculum from Abeka and BJU Press — giving our students advanced phonics, strong early reading skills, structured math development, and biblical integration woven throughout the day.

And then we take it further.

Our Kindergarten students engage in hands-on STEAM learning — exploring science, experimenting with problem-solving, building through engineering challenges, integrating technology, and expressing creativity through the arts. They learn to think critically, communicate confidently, and approach challenges with curiosity.

Bible

Daily Scripture and weekly chapel using Focus on the Five from BJU Press, scripture memory and learning the Bible itself.

Penmanship

Proper letter formation, pencil grip, and fine-motor skills using BJU Press Handwriting 1 and a Sight Words Storybook.

Math

Structured math development using Abeka Numbers and Skills Arithmetic K5, grounded in biblical truth.

Reading & Phonics

Phonics, letter sounds, and early reading using BJU Press K5 Phonics & Review Cards plus Focus on the Five.

Science

Hands-on discovery through Faith & Science with Mr. Fizzlebop  and other Bible-integrated science activities.

Social Studies

Community, character, and biblical worldview built through Focus on the Five from BJU Press and the Bible.

Health & PE

Healthy habits and active play using the Edible Crafts Kids' Cookbook and a variety of PE equipment.

Music

Our students learn all about singing, rhythm, and worship through selected song books and a variety of instruments.

Art

We explore creative expression and fine-motor development through a variety of art resource books and prints.
